Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Cancellation and Return Process

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract by contacting us using the information on our contact page. You may use the model withdrawal form available on our website, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Return Shipping Costs

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we have agreed to bear such costs or we have failed to inform you that you must bear such costs.

If the return is due to our error, a defective product, or if we have failed to inform you about your right of withdrawal, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items damaged by misuse
